The hotel was located well outside the main road with plenty of safe parking. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and multilingual. the lobby looked clean and the rooms were kept very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and all the necessary amenities.
The restaurant staff sometimes appeared unfriendly and obtuse.

Really enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were well furnished and had plenty of space. The breakfast offered was delicious and they had a great selection of beverages- especially loved the coffee and juice. The hotel was located in a scenic area, making it a perfect spot for a couple's getaway.
We were not happy with the constant smell of smoke in the hotel, which took away from the lovely experience. the heating was always on, which made the rooms a little too warm.

To me, everything was just perfect at this 4-star hotel. The building was modern and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant that served delicious and fresh dishes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with excellent customer service skills. They made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities, such as a swimming pool, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
